These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PureBrain and the services provided by Pure Technology Inc. (“Pure Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at purebrain.ai. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Please read this document before using PureBrain, especially the sections on AI limitations, subscription billing, and liability. If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use the service.
By creating an account, using the PureBrain AI assistant, or subscribing to any paid plan, you confirm that:
PureBrain is an AI-powered business partnership and consulting platform developed by Pure Technology Inc. The service includes:
PureBrain is a software and advisory service. It is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, medical provider, or licensed professional in any regulated field. Nothing in the service constitutes formal professional advice requiring licensure.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including your name, email address, and business information where applicable. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. Pure Technology is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use due to your failure to maintain credential security.
Each individual may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent service restrictions, access multiple trial periods, or evade a suspension is prohibited. Corporate or team accounts must be arranged through a written agreement with Pure Technology Inc.
PureBrain uses artificial intelligence to provide guidance and recommendations. You must understand and accept these limitations before using the service:
AI systems, including PureBrain, can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. The AI does not have real-time access to markets, regulatory changes, or your specific business context unless you provide it. Do not treat AI responses as authoritative facts without independent verification.
AI can hallucinate. Large language models may generate plausible-sounding but entirely false information, including fabricated citations, invented statistics, non-existent case studies, or incorrect attributions. Always verify any specific facts, figures, or sources generated by the AI before relying on them.
PureBrain is not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, certified accountant, medical professional, or licensed advisor in any regulated profession. Responses from PureBrain should not be treated as:
All final business decisions remain your responsibility. Pure Technology is not liable for business outcomes, losses, or consequences that result from following AI-generated recommendations, even if those recommendations came directly from PureBrain.

All payments are processed by PayPal. By subscribing, you also agree to PayPal’s terms of service. Pure Technology does not store your payment card numbers or banking information.
All listed prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, levies, and duties associated with your purchase, except for taxes based on Pure Technology Inc.'s net income. Where required by law, Pure Technology may collect and remit applicable taxes on your behalf.
If a payment fails, PayPal will attempt to retry the charge according to their standard retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. You will be notified by email.
You may cancel your PureBrain subscription at any time. To cancel:
After cancellation, you retain access to PureBrain features until the end of your current billing period. No partial month refunds are issued for the remaining days after cancellation.
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
After your subscription ends, your AI Brain data (conversation history, memory, and extracted context) will be retained for 30 days. During this window you may request a data export by emailing [email protected]. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate your account for reasons other than Terms violations, you will receive a prorated refund for unused subscription days. No refund is issued for terminations due to Terms violations.
Your privacy matters to us. The full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The AI capabilities of PureBrain are powered in part by Anthropic's Claude API. When you send messages to your AI Brain, your conversation content is transmitted to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's own usage policies and privacy terms apply to this data. Pure Technology is not responsible for changes to Anthropic's models, availability, or policies that may affect the Service. You can review Anthropic's policies at anthropic.com/legal.
By using PureBrain, you acknowledge that conversations may be used to improve the quality of our AI systems. This data is processed in anonymized or aggregated form where possible. You may opt out of having your conversations used for AI training by emailing [email protected] – this will not affect your subscription.
PureBrain, its design, source code, AI models, brand, and all associated content created by Pure Technology are the intellectual property of Pure Technology Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform, content, or technology without written permission.
Content you provide to PureBrain (your questions, uploads, business information) remains yours. You grant Pure Technology a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of what you bring to the platform.
Text, strategies, and recommendations generated by PureBrain in response to your queries are provided to you for your use. Pure Technology does not claim copyright over AI outputs generated in response to your specific prompts. However, AI-generated content may be similar across different users – you should not rely on AI output as uniquely owned intellectual property without review and substantial modification.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about PureBrain, you grant Pure Technology the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Pure Technology makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of PureBrain or any information it provides.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PURE TECHNOLOGY INC., ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of PureBrain, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Pure Technology in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations – in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure Technology Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
Pure Technology reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any concern within 30 days of receiving written notice.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding against Pure Technology.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time will not be considered a waiver of those rights. No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. Pure Technology Inc. may assign these Terms without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
Pure Technology will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages (including Anthropic, PayPal, Cloudflare, or Brevo).
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure Technology Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
We may update these Terms as our service evolves, as laws change, or to clarify existing policies. When we make material changes:
Continued use of PureBrain after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
