This Privacy Policy explains how Pure Technology Inc. (“Pure Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit purebrain.ai or use our PureBrain AI service. We believe in plain language – this document is written to be understood, not to bury important information in legalese.
If you have questions about anything here, you can reach us directly at [email protected].
When you interact with our AI assistant on purebrain.ai, the content of those conversations is logged. This includes the questions you ask, the context you share, and the responses the AI provides. We use this data to improve service quality and train our systems.
Important disclosure: Conversation data is transmitted to our internal analytics infrastructure (servers we control) for analysis and service improvement purposes. This data does not include payment information.
If you subscribe to The Neural Feed (our newsletter) or fill out a contact form, we collect your email address. We use this to send you communications you requested, along with updates about PureBrain.
If you submit an enterprise inquiry, we collect your name, company name, job title or role, and use case information. This helps us understand your needs and respond appropriately.
If you subscribe to a PureBrain plan, your payment is processed entirely by PayPal. We do not receive or store your credit card or banking details. PayPal handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit:
This data is collected through Cloudflare (our security and CDN provider) and WordPress analytics.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for unrelated advertising.
We use a small number of third-party services to operate PureBrain. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies:
| Service | Purpose | Data Shared |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic (Claude API) | AI model powering PureBrain responses | Conversation content is transmitted to Anthropic to generate AI responses. Subject to Anthropic’s usage policies. We do not permit Anthropic to use your data to train their foundation models without your consent. |
| PayPal | Payment processing for subscriptions | Billing information only (we never see card numbers). PayPal Privacy Policy |
| Brevo (Sendinblue) | Email marketing and newsletter delivery | Email address, name, company, and list preferences. Brevo Privacy Policy |
| Cloudflare | Website security, CDN, performance | IP address and traffic metadata. Cloudflare Privacy Policy |
| sageandweaver-network.netlify.app | AI conversation analytics (we control this service) | Conversation content. This is infrastructure operated by Pure Technology for internal AI improvement purposes only. |
| GoDaddy / WordPress | Website hosting and CMS | Standard server logs and WordPress usage data. GoDaddy Privacy Policy |
| Google Forms | Enterprise inquiry intake (secondary) | Enterprise form responses. Google Privacy Policy |
This section deserves special attention because PureBrain is unique in how it uses data — the persistent memory feature is central to the service.
PureBrain’s core value proposition is persistent memory — your AI Brain retains context across sessions so it can give you progressively better and more personalized assistance. This requires storing your conversation history and derived context on servers we control.
Your conversation data is transmitted to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate AI responses. Anthropic processes this data under their own API usage policies and privacy terms. We do not permit Anthropic to use your conversation data to train their foundation models without your consent. Review Anthropic’s policies at anthropic.com/legal.
After your subscription ends, your conversation history and AI memory data are retained for 30 days, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, this data is permanently deleted. See the Data Retention section for full details.
